About the Alumni Association

Connecting Generations, Building Futures

The Thiyagi N.G.R. Memorial Higher Secondary School Alumni Association is a vibrant network of former students, teachers, and well-wishers who share a common goal — to stay connected, to support one another, and to give back to their alma mater.

The idea for an official alumni body emerged during the school’s Golden Jubilee celebrations. In a historic gathering, more than 500 alumni from various batches came together to celebrate the legacy of the institution and its founder.
On May 29, 2023, the association was formally registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, marking a new chapter in the school’s history.

Mission

To foster unity among alumni, provide mentorship to current students, and support educational development through collaborative initiatives.
